Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original boxes and secure them in a sturdy mailing carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our wellbeing experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
